Email us at email@example.com with your order number should you have any enquiry and we will reply within 2 – 3 working days. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Backorders / Preorders
Delays might occur for Backorder items due to unforeseen circumstances, in these cases, refunds will not be made should the delay be not more than 2 weeks. Should the delay be longer than 2 weeks or there are insufficient stocks, a full refund will be made within 48 hours.
All orders will be shipped out within 2 working days upon payment verification. Tracking is available for all orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please visit our Local Delivery page for shipping rates.
Please note that the order value for Free Shipping apply to the total value of the cart after discount codes are applied.
The Chonky Paws tries our best to ensure true stock availability is reflected on our site, however in the event of technical glitches and/or human error occurs, we will notify you as soon as we can. You may cancel your order and opt for either a refund or exchange for another item.
Should your item be deemed defective before shipping, we will not ship them out as it is our policy to only sell quality products. In the event that your item is defective and is the last item in stock, we will contact you and you may cancel your order and opt for either a refund or exchange for another item.
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Thus, please only cart out after you have ensured that the correct item(s) in the correct quantity, size, colour and design are selected.
Do also ensure that the address and mobile number provided are correct. Misinformation will result in a delay in delivery and an additional of $5 re-delivery fee will be charged if the parcel is returned.
Should you face any problems with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Returns are accepted 10 days from date of order confirmation and must abide to our Returns and Exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
The Chonky Paws run quality checks before sending out any item(s), however in the unlikely event to have received a defective product, returns can be made 10 days from the date of order confirmation. In the event that wrong items are received, exchanges can be made if the product package remains sealed. If you have made a wrong purchase at checkout and wish to make an exchange, return Shipping Fees apply. Where applicable, discount codes applied on orders will be honoured for exchanges.
The following conditions are not eligible for any return/exchange:
- Items not in original selling condition (used, washed regardless if they are defective or not)
- Sale items
- All products returned without prior notice via email will not be accepted
We will assess any defects on a case by case basis.
Sales & Promotions
All discounts and promotional codes are subject to the following conditions, on top of conditions already specified upon announcement:
- Do ensure that discount codes are applied before checkout, The Chonky Paws is not responsible for codes that were not applied during the checkout process and discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed
- Discount codes cannot be stacked – only one code may be used per order
- Promotions of any sort are strictly not extensible
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (in the absence of any defect)
- For promotions with a minimum spend requirement, your order must be at or over stated amount prior to the use or any discount codes for the promotion to apply
- The Chonky Paws has the right to end any promotional offers at any given time
